Watch: First 15 Minutes of Snyder's "Army of the Dead"

As promised last week when Snyder dissected the trailer for Army of the Dead, the first 15 minutes for the movie have been released today (May 13th) ahead of the film's limited theatrical release that starts tomorrow (May 14th) and it's official release on Netflix on May 21st.

Sanada: "Yes, bring out the footage." Bautista: "Who are you talking to?"

The clip comes courtesy of the site JoBlo. Skip ahead to 1:36 where the 15 minutes of footage begins:

Army of the Dead is surprisingly doing well in the reviews department, currently holding a 76% on Rotten Tomatoes with most agreeing the film is a return to form for Snyder by taking him back to his origins, a reference to his 2004 remake of Dawn of the Dead which in fact was Snyder's directorial debut. In other words, Snyder has come home.

Army of the Dead stars Dave Bautista, Ella Purnell, Omari Hardwick, Ana de la Reguera, Theo Rossi, Matthias Schweighöfer, Nora Arnezeder, Hiroyuki Sanada, Tig Notaro, Raúl Castillo, Samantha Win, Huma Qureshi, and Garret Dillahunt.

On the fourth hand, he also ruined the character of Superman, so that costs him a million cool points. I think Snyder may be a hack with no good films left in him. I genuinely loved 300 and the Watchmen. Outside of that, Snyder is pretty shit with his 4 hour Justice League bullshit and ruined Superman. I'm going to predict that this will suc…
