Despite an absolutely horrible title, the upcoming 2021 science fiction film Needle in a Timestack benefits from being based on a short story of the same name by the legendary science fiction writer Robert Silverberg. Even more so, what starts out as simply a married couple having their lives affected by a time traveler, evolves into an existential journey of how every moment can determine fate itself.

Needle in a Timestack stars Leslie Odom Jr., Freida Pinto, Cynthia Erivo, Orlando Bloom, and Jadyn Wong, It is written and directed by John Ridley, set to be released in theaters on October 15th.
