Set to hit theaters November 12th, Kenneth Branagh seems to have taken a break from big budget films and is set to tell a more intimate story about a working-class family dealing with love and loss during the tumult of Belfast, Northern Ireland in the 1960's, focused through a young boy's childhood. The writer/director has described Belfast as his "most personal film". As the trailer shows, this is definitely a very different film from a man known for Shakespeare adaptations or big budget fairy tales. Check it out below:

Belfast stars Caitríona Balfe, Judi Dench, Jamie Dornan, Ciarán Hinds, and newcomer Jude Hill. Stay tuned!
