Official Trailer #2: "Dune"

Promotion is picking up from Warner Bros. for their highly anticipated adaptation of Dune. Well, the first half of the famous 1965 Frank Herbert-written novel anyway with the hope of a second film being made to complete the story. That doesn't make the first film any less exciting for fans who have clamored for an adaptation more faithful to the original novel then the 1984 David Lynch-directed film.

Following the release of character posters, another full trailer has been released that seems determined to say one thing to audiences...this adaptation is working at every angle to faithfully bring the world of Herbert's novel to vivid life. Check the new trailer out below:

Dune stars Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgård, Dave Bautista, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Zendaya, David Dastmalchian, Chang Chen, Sharon Duncan-Brewster, Charlotte Rampling, Jason Momoa, and Javier Bardem. It is directed by Denis Villeneuve (who co-wrote the script with Jon Spaihts and Eric Roth). It is set to be released theatrically in the United States on October 22nd with a simultaneous release on the HBO Max streaming service for 31 days. The film will have it's world premiere on September 3rd at the Venice International Film Festival.
