Following the teaser trailer released last month (See it here), and sandwiched between that and the release of the show on October 9th, the official full-length trailer for The Haunting of Bly Manor has been released. Serving as a follow-up to 2018's The Haunting of Hill House (But not narratively connected), the series will follow a young woman who moves to the English countryside to care for two orphaned children, encountering evidence of a grim history and entities she can’t begin to explain.
This season follows the basic premise (Albeit updated) of Henry James' classic psychological gothic horror novella The Turn of the Screw. It will also be a modern take and will work elements of James’ The Jolly Corner and The Romance of Certain Old Clothes into the story.
