Murray Reveals Title & Details for Next Anderson Film

Bill Murray is a major player in Wes Anderson's massive, anthology-style love letter to journalists The French Dispatch, which is currently making rounds at film festivals. However, Murray has worked with Anderson many times before...nine to be exact. He recently uoted to Screen Daily, following BFI's London Film Festival screening of Anderson's new film, "There are certain people you don't take their calls; and there are certain people you just say, 'OK, yeah.' He's one of those." It's for this reason that Murray is already set to be in Anderson's next film which he not only revealed is currently filming in Spain (about 45 minutes from Madrid), but also the title of the new film.

Titled Asteroid City, Anderson will be working with Tom Hanks and Margot Robbie for the first time while Murray and other previous Anderson collaborators Tilda Swinton, Adrien Brody, Bryan Cranston, Liev Schreiber, and Jason Schwartzman will be involved as well. This fits the previous description given of the film being "larger than most other Anderson films that are ensemble in nature." Plot details remain under wraps for now. The only information given about the film is it was described as being about a "group of brainy teenagers". Stay tuned!

Never really understood the appeal in his movies...just awkward stylish collection of scenes which aren't funny.
