In the 1989 film Little Monsters, Daniel Stern plays Glen Stevenson, the father of Fred Savage's character Brian Stevenson. While never seen on-screen, Stern also was responsible for the narration featured throughout the hit show The Wonder Years, which premiered the year before in 1988. In that show, Fred Savage starred as the lead character Kevin Arnold as a young man. In that show, Stern actually is playing the adult version of Savage's character who is now a father himself. In short, the father becomes the son and the son becomes the father. Stay tuned!
