2004's National Treasure was filmed primarily in Washington, New York, Philadelphia and Utah. While most scenes were filmed on location, the Independence Hall scene was actually filmed at the replica of Independence Hall at Knott's Berry Farm and the Arctic scene was filmed in Utah. So, unfortunately no...Nicolas Cage did not actually steal the Declaration of Independence. I know...I was shocked too! Stay tuned!
