Sometimes you got to save money on a film...and sometimes that includes using old props. As an example, in the 2012 film The Company You Keep, on Robert Redford's left hand, you'll see that he's wearing a distinct ring with a greenish stone (possibly jade) on his ring finger. Strangely enough, Redford actually wore the same ring, on the same hand, three years later in the 2015 film A Walk in the Woods, a film that also co-starred Nick Nolte (who plays Donal Fitzgerald in The Company You Keep). This detail is so small that we couldn't even grab a proper screencapture and had to settle for the above image that barely shows the ring's band in shadow. Stay tuned!
