Many might think that for the nightclub scene in 1984's The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension, which sees Buckaroo Banzai (Played by Peter Weller) and his band ("The Hong Kong Cavaliers") performing, was somehow staged and faked. However, Weller was actually an accomplished musician. He not only played the guitar and pocket trumpet in the scene, but he also did his own vocals and learned how to mime piano playing. In many ways, he very much was Banzai for real! Stay tuned!
