Julia Louis-Dreyfus is mostly known for her TV work whether it's Seinfeld, The New Adventures of Old Christine, or most recently Veep. But with Veep having come to an end last year, Dreyfus seems to be moving to movie projects (aside from her surprise cameo in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier). It's been confirmed today that she will star in the new film Tuesday over at A24.
Described as a “mother-daughter fairytale", Louis-Dreyfus will play the mother role while Lola Petticrew is playing her daughter. Arinzé Kene is also set to start. The film will also serve as the directorial debut of Daina O. Pusic. Pusic previously was known for short films, but those films reportedly caught the eye of A24, leading to her getting this job.
A24 will produce Tuesday which has no official release date at this time. Stay tuned!
