The newest three Hitman games are meant to be part of a closed off trilogy called the "World of Assassination" trilogy. This was to celebrate the game series' 20th anniversary. Now, in a new featurette titled "Shaping the World", the developers give insight into the narrative and closing off the storyline in the upcoming third and final game in the trilogy, Hitman III. Hitman III is set to be released for Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Stadia (under the title Hitman: World of Assassination), and Nintendo Switch on January 20th. Stay tuned!
