COVID-19 managed to ruin a lot for 2020. One thing that bummed people out was that Halloween fell on a weekend for once and yet major cities have cancelled Halloween events of course. And, for fans of film, there surely was a lot of destroyed anticipation when it was announced Halloween Kills, the sequel to the successful 2018 revival of the long-running horror franchise, would move it's release date from this October to next year, specifically on October 15th, 2021. Still, to keep fans excited, during the virtual BlumFest today, a new brief teaser was released to remind people that while it is a year away...next Halloween is going to be Michael's time. Halloween Kills stars Jamie Lee Curtis, Nick Castle/James Jude Courtney (Both play Michael Myers), Judy Greer, Andi Matichak, Kyle Richards, Nancy Stephens, Charles Cyphers, Anthony Michael Hall, and Robert Longstreet. It is directed by David Gordon Green (Who co-wrote the script with Danny McBride and Scott Teems). In addition, check out the new poster for the film below:
