Director Denis Villeneuve has made it no secret his affection for arresting visuals and his love of writing and directing the Dune films. Perhaps it is the technical achievements of the first film that impressed people the most because, with Part Two a mere two days from release (March 1st), a featurette has been released where Villeneuve talks about the world of Dune but also the benefits of filming in Dolby Cinema. Check it out below:
Dune: Part Two once again stars Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgård, Dave Bautista, Zendaya, Charlotte Rampling, and Javier Bardem with Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, Christopher Walken, and Léa Seydoux joining the ensemble cast.
He also just said that he doesn't like dialog. That's why the Godfather sucks. All that pesky talking. What a retard.
