Eddie Murphy has been working on several sequels to his classic films. While it's a wonder whether Beverly Hills Cop IV will ever happen, a sequel to 1988's Coming to America is coming, set to be released on Amazon Prime Video next year on March 5th (Sold to the streaming service in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic). And as proof that it's finally happening, the first photos for the sequel, titled Coming 2 America, has been released. Check them out below:
Coming 2 America co-stars Arsenio Hall, Jermaine Fowler, Leslie Jones, Shari Headley, John Amos, Tracy Morgan, Wesley Snipes, and James Earl Jones. It is directed by Craig Brewer.

And on topic - happy to see they bring back the barbershop characters to the sequel...but I have big doubts it will be funny as the original with all actors being older and Murphy losing his mojo long time ago.
